Overview

For its 2016 edition, Mirage Festival explored the theme of “Techno Fiction”, bringing together artists from digital culture, innovation and contemporary art. The challenge was to create an opening sequence that could embody this vision and introduce the festival’s unique universe.

Approach

Inspired by mechanical toys, orreries and kinetic sculptures, we imagined a surreal world where machines develop their own dreams and imaginary landscapes. Through intricate movements, playful mechanisms and carefully crafted compositions, the sequence creates a visual journey between technology, fantasy and human imagination.
